Built in 1979 the complex is 1,026,000 gross square feet made up of two sections: Tower Section is a 26-story (plus a penthouse for mechanical equipment) Class A office building which is interconnected with a three-story Plaza Section. Two lower levels and an underground parking garage are located underneath the two buildings.

80 Park Plaza serves as headquarters to Public Service Enterprise Group (NYSE:PEG) is one of the ten largest electric and natural gas utility companies in the U.S. PSE&G is a regulated public utility company engaged in the transmission and distribution of gas and electricity to nearly three quarters of New Jersey’s population.

Area attractions include the Prudential Center arena (home of the New Jersey Devils), Military Park (former training grounds for 17th Century Militia), and local farmer’s market offering the freshest produce every Thursday in the month of June.
